Day – 1 Day – 1 Land at Coimbatore. Drive to Corniche Resorts through lush green landscape set against a backdrop of majestic Anaikatti range. After a welcome drink settle
down in your cottage. The first day of this Ayurvedha tours starts with the meeting of our Ayruvedic coordinator who gives you the details about rejuvenation programs.

Ayurvedha treatmentsDay 1 Arrive at Coimbatore. Drive alongside majestic mountains to reach the resort. The essence of Ccorniche Resorts is wellness of body, mind & soul.. Walk through lush greenery after settling down in your cottage. The guests relation executive will meet you with the list of on site activities and schedule the program according to your needs. Later enjoy a candle lit dinner.
Day 2 Wake to the alarm calls of the chirping birds. After a relaxing cup of tea, gather under blue skies and verdant green for a gentle 45-minute yoga capsule under a trained yogacharya. Later in the day visit the nearby tribal community for a walk through.
Day 3 After your yoga, a visiting guruji will guide you through the basic meditation techniques. Post lunch attend a cooking class where the chef demonstrates the preparation of wellness food.
Day 4 Go for a early morning meandering walk in the nearby jungle. Post breakfast and yoga, attend classes which teach basic sanskirt.
Day 5 The morning is set. Yoga, walk, meditation., In the afternoons try your hand at different activities. – Pottery, dance & music, cooking etc.,
Day 6 After the yoga class a guest speaker invited for the day talks on “Life and its miracles” – followed by an interactive question & answer session. The dinner that evening is enlivened by the performance of the local artists.
Ayurvedha treatmentsDay 7 After yoga and meditation repertoire – a botanist guide accompanies you on a leisurely trek in the mountains nearby. Carry a picnic hamper for an alfresco meal. In the evening visit the nearby temple for a twilight arti (prayer). As the sun goes down commune with nature, the gentle wafting breeze providing the perfect accompaniment.
Day 8 Do yoga as the sun makes a majestic appearance. Enjoy a 45 minute aroma therapists stress reliever. In the evening participate in the cookout organized by the resort. Later join others in “Life is magic” chanting & music.
